我用USPS往國內寄了一些奶粉和保健品。USPS記錄顯示：

Arrived Abroad, May 08, 2010, 8:50 am, CHINA PEOPLES REP
International Dispatch, May 03, 2010, 6:27 pm, FOREIGN CENTERJERSEY CITY NJ 099

這“Arrived Abroad”是否表示貨物已在中國海關清關完畢？
