The quality of outsourcing is always problematic! I am very good at MFC/GUI/image programming and software design (12 year experience). Let’s talk and can incorporate a business with 49% shares on me. I am confident that I myself will equal at least three 5 years-experience programmers. We don’t need hire anybody at this moment.
