頭大了，填form1065稅表，K-1怎麽填呀？

兩個人剛開始的partners, 沒有掙錢，隻是損失了州政府和網址注冊費200多刀。
一個人擁有80%的股份，另一個人20%的股份。

非得雇CPA不可？有沒有電腦軟件幫助過關？
