郵局寄沒了東西怎麽辦

我寄了而且通過跟蹤號碼顯示也已經到了目的地
但是買家說沒收到都八天了
我如何向郵局來查詢
當時沒有辦理"簽名確認"
通常情況下請問大俠是如何解決這個問題的
