終於快買到第一個房子了。 今天賣方counter offer回來了。Counter offer的條件我們都覺得非常合理。賣方在closing後還希望兩個月的時間，並且也會付給我們一天多少錢，我們也簽了post-closing possession agreement. 這個aggrement 的條件我們都可以接受，大部分條件都是保護我自己的。比如這條：seller shall deliver possession of property an all improvements , appliances and fixtures therein in the same condition as of date of closing, reasonable wear and tear expected.
現在情況是這樣的，我的agent建議我向對方要security/damage deposit（因他們要住兩個月）。這個房子非常搶手。請建議要不要counter 回去，要他們的security deposit. 我糾結於agent的建議是合理的，但又怕房子沒別人買去。請高手們指點，我必須在明天下午4點之前答複。謝謝。
