請問：注冊了LLC和Seller's Permit就可以做生意了嗎？

有人告訴我說注冊了LLC及有了Seller's Permit和EIN就不需要申請Fictitious Business Name，我可以用LLC作為公司的名字，也不必去City申請Business License。請問是這樣嗎？請托班長，小城班長及各位前輩指教，謝謝！
