我VOID了PAYPAL shipping label, 但沒有得到POSTAGE REFUND

我用過PAYPAL 的shipping label，其中有幾個郵資打錯了，就VOID 掉了。當VOID SHIPPING LABEL 時， PAYPAL 說15天內退郵費，

現在都60多天了，PENDING REFUND 還沒有APPROVED。希望大俠出來指點一下，有人有過相關經驗嗎?
