This is not MLM. You make commission when you sold products/service and there is no sub-agent under you. So it is not 老鼠會. The agreement for the customers definitely has 取消和約的罰款. That's why it is called agreement. When you sign up with ATT or T-mobile or Dish, you have the agreement to sign under term 取消和約的罰款. Please check CLEAR.COM to know more.
