回複：加州的新公司首次報稅問題

不是很清楚你所謂的 Franchise Tax Report 是什麽，如果指的是年度所得稅申報，那麽聯邦的是1120表，加州的是100表，但是截止日期通常是3月15日，不是1月15日。

加州的新公司，第一年可以免繳 800 元的 Franchise Tax 。
