A couple of ideas--

No matter what business you want to do, you need to learn language and culture first. You can go to church to learn English for free and get to know people. I see some people get a lot of help there. Plus, your wife can open a family care at home and ask for cash paid at beg. of a month. You don’t have to get any license or certificate and can open it up right away, plus if you can get 3-4 kids then that’s a pretty good source of income which is tax free.
