先是site work,也就是平整土地,做成階梯狀地麵或底下加水管以利排水,這部分GE按2.5萬美元算.
GE在合同中加了site work如果需要較多的土和石子的話,要另算錢,我當然不同意.
然後是打水泥地基.$3.65/sqft(冬天要加熱水,否則隻需$3.25).然後建steel&sheet的建築,$2.10/sqft的labor fee.
GE本來報價55萬,我還到51萬,GE同意了.但在他起草的合同中有不少不定的地方,我想是為以後的加錢做準備吧.

"The site shall be graded to drain to the existing retention basin and asphalt paving will be installed on areas allowed by code and agreed upon during the negotiations process. The site fence (per code requirements) and automatic gate, electrical, plumbing and HVAC (PTAC unit only) are included in this proposal."
"No rock or unsuitable fill is found on site. The site grading budget does not take into account unsuitable soils on which to build. If on site and cut and fill is not adequate to grade site for drainage and building pads, the contract shall be adjusted based on unit costs for hauling in soils to stabilize existing site."
另外, landscaping不知為啥專門列在allowance條款下:
"§ 4.2.4 Allowances, if any, are as follows:
(Identify and state the amounts of any allowances, and state whether they include labor, materials, or both)
Landscape Allowance $ 5000.00 Code Required landscape"
