You only need HTML code. Paypal would generate for you.

It is pure HTML code. Does not need javascript, server side programming. All HTML code can be generated by Paypal for you.

You can add "shopping cart" and "view cart" easily this way. Security, shopping cart and view cart all by paypal.

Customers can either pay by credit cards (no paypal accounts required) or their paypal accounts.

I did it myself long time ago. Anyone with basic HTML knowledge could help you through it.

Same thing with Google checkout. ONLY HTML code would work. Certainly if you need more, you can do programming too.
