first you need fill in online application at subway.com, they will mail you all information and your local developer contact information. your local developer will contact you for orientation and you need take their english and math test, if you pass the test, you will be asked to write business plan and store visit report. Also you have to show your finance statement for last 6 months(100K-150K liquid cash at least). Mostly you can't open new store at first, you have to purchase store in your area.
