請教關於 LLC

我正在籌辦個網店，想申請LLC，但還有些問題搞不懂。

1.我知道 LLC不用對 profit 交 corporation level 的 tax. 但不知怎讓才能把 profit 都留在公司裏而不 distribute 給個人交 personal income tax.

2。這個不交corporation level 的 tax是指州稅還是聯邦稅？

2。如果這個網沒有任何的 physical apperance in any state, 那它賣的東西要收 any state 的 sales tax 嗎？

3。還有公司是注冊在 Delaware 還是 Neveda 更能有 tax 上的優勢呢？
