一個寄法國的包裹“丟”了，請各位幫忙

昨天一個客人file a paypal claim,說3個星期前寄出的包裹到現在都沒有收到。當時她沒有另外購買保險，又說風險自付，但現在卻要我全額退款，因為她“沒有收到”。不知誰有跟蹤號碼，能否借我用？我可以付款給你。

7.31 日以後的2個星期內寄出的都可以，始發國：美國的任何一個角落。到達國：法國。任何可以在網上查到東西已經送達法國的跟蹤號碼都可以。
