求救 貨物被扣

最近比較煩，比較煩！ 一批貨物被kentucky海關扣了 說侵權，但是隻是外觀類似，而且上麵並沒有名牌的logo ，海關來信說要30 天內作出回應， 不知哪位達人有此經曆 ，可以給本人一些建議， 怎麽和能夠拿回那批貨 多謝了
