要開公司了？how to apply for Tax Id of CA state?

在網上完成了聯邦稅號--EIN的申請。

據說下步應該是---Register for State and Local Taxes
（step8---http://www.business.gov/start/start-a-business.html）

但加州的網頁做得太爛，進去之後怎麽也找不到how to Register for State and Local Taxes.

請前輩指導一下。

另how to apply for LLC number from CA secretary of state?
