請教：Mall 裏的 department store 關門了，可否結果化妝品這塊？

Mall 裏的 department store 關門了，是我們這個 town 唯一一家經營化妝品的 department store。請問：可以在 mall 裏租一間小屋，專門經營化妝品嗎？諸如 Clinique, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Clarins 等。
