要是從正當渠道買進來的。 the property rights of the brand will be exhausted only upon a first sale. 這個 sale 的定義很狹窄。 基本上是要 domestic consumer sale 才可以。

也就是說， reseller 需要 authorization, 但如果我從 merchant 那裏買的貨，而且我自己不是 merchant， 就可以賣。
