請教高手：如何關閉公司

去年九月通過會計師在紐約州開了個公司，沒有申請聯邦稅號和銀行賬戶，請問：如果不要這個公司了，關不關閉公司有什麽區別？可以不通過會計師自己關閉公司嗎？如何抄作？
