賣家不給。你要趕緊把東西發回去，退貨。不要paypal dispute呢。等東西到了，（退貨一定要有tracking)。你再聯係賣家，如果還不給你錢，file NO As DESCRIBED DISPUTE. Escalate to a claim right away! Then, paypal will ask you to put the return tracking number there. Pls do so. Paypal will review your case and give you a full refund.

主要的是不要什麽都直接dispute。客客氣氣的問題解決。大家都滿意，不傷和氣
