ebay新賬號，giftcard不能注冊了！！！！！

看見樓下也有人說了，但是沒有人反應。惡霸不接受gift card作為Credit card 認證了，我試了一下，我手裏的幾種：vinilla還有giftbalance123.com都不行了

大家想辦法吧，怎麽辦？還有，有人報告說，180天以後，賠破不給你銀行轉帳，而是要你提供信息，說你的帳戶可能是被盜用的，反正就是不給錢，這是最新消息
