Ebay....

called ebay just now, suggested that ebay should protect buyer, however, ebay also need to prevent scam and cheating event.

Today received a email through ebay:

Dear camera-cartridgeworld,
Today I received my lexmark 33 color ink cartidges, YOU ONLY SENT ME 4, I'am short 1. I paid for 2 orders. Order#1=2 cartridges for $33.46 and order# 2=3 cartridges for $49.94 .You
sent me 2 packages with 2 in each. What happened
to the other one? There should have been 3 wraped
together. Is another on its way?

I am investigating now. Did you get two packages in the same day today? What's the weight of the package ? ( it was printed in the shipping lables)

Yes I got 2 packages today-6/10/09. There was 2 cartridges in each package. Each package weight
was 4 ozs each. Only recrreived 4, should have
got 5.
