Looking Web Hosting in N. America -- Business

I am looking a web hosting to host my web/business (with certain template program). I found one in Canada before, on which there are domain name registering and web hosting, but forgot the web site (Chinese operating, with many chinese business on the site). Any body know any thing, please provide information.
