there are not a lot of deduction for educational related expense. there are hope credit and the other $2000 deduction, and you must be enrolled in some college or something. I personally was never able to qualify for any for my college education.

many real estate license course does not meet these qualifications either.

compare to education, congress is much more generous to home owners.
