在D/P 操作上的一些注意點

１） －－ 在提單上，Consignee 一欄中不要寫明買主的名字，僅填上To be order to. 這個好處是，一旦買主在貨到後不付款時，你可自由地將提單轉換給任何一個可能的買家，或退回，而不受到原買主的限製。

２） －－ 一定在開船前拿到部分定金，至少要夠來回的運費。

３） －－ 盡量買好保險，但難。一般保險公司不涵蓋這樣的損失，因為你的貨物沒有損失。
