這個buyer 會是騙錢嗎？

我是第一次在網上賣東西，遇到一個buyer在愛爾蘭注冊，卻要我shipping到尼爾利亞去。而且這個buyer在ebay上沒有交易的任何曆史。請問我的懷疑有道理嗎？在線等。。。謝謝，謝謝。。我詢問了paypal和ebay他們的回信如下：
