我想建個網站自己做生意，真誠希望得到指教

我想建立一個屬於自己網站，然後還是售賣一些商品。網站的要求是，能夠刊登產品介紹，照片，價目，可以更新內容，具有訂購和收費功能，等等，我主要想知道：

1. 從有建立網站的目標到實施是怎樣一個思路，需要多少步驟？
2. 如何下手建立這樣的網站？
3. 我是個外行，但是是否可以自己做？
4. 如果不行，需要找什麽樣的人幫助？
5. 如果請人，大概費用是多少？
