我的一個同學在國內有一大公司， 在美 國有許多客戶， 美國客戶多用支票或信用卡付款 ， 但我同 學在美國沒有辦事處 ， 想讓我幫忙開個帳戶 collect money from his American clients , 傭金多少 讓 我報個數， 請教以下問題:

1。這樣作合法 嗎 ?
2。如果我 幫他， 開什麽帳戶有利 ? 私人還是公司 帳戶 ?
3。如果開私人帳戶 ， 怎麽報稅 ?
4。一般來說 ， 傭金 是多少 ? 2% ? 5% ?
