為何有這結論？

下麵9個案件是高院判決的。 AARP v Trump 就是川輸了。還有9-0的判決說川政府需要”facilitate“ the return of deportee， 也是川普輸了，但川普的下屬在媒體前公開說 ”we won in 9:0“， 太可笑。

我不可能track所有九個案件，但我看自由派法官disending 的隻有4個案件, 那就是說川普輸了5個案子。 當然，這方法不科學。 但LZ的結論是萬萬不對的。
