我的理解是對中國而言，增加消費並不能直接提高GDP，因為中國的算法是基於產出，因此中國政府傾向加大投資。美國的計算基於消

費，所以刺激消費更直接。當然我是外行人亂說。

可能是因為中國GDP的計算方法，刺激消費見效慢。要不然政府給老百姓發購物卷，拉動內需隻要出台一項政策就做到了。
