The whole "chinese balloon" saga started when Putin hijacked CCP top leadership and self-directed "wondering balloon 1&2". I don't understand why CCP wants to be controlled by Putin and wants to play along to damage its self-interest and sell out Chinese people like this. If CCP insist in controlled by Putin, then CCP is over and Chinese people need to find a better replacement of CCP.
