It is OK to stand up for what you believe in..It is OK to say NO to evil and mean. "Guard your heart","your passions,your mind,and your soul.You guard these treasures not bacause of selfishness,but so you will have treasures to spend on serving in the ways that matter to the people you truly want to give to-including yourself.If you have these kinds of boundaries,you will be guarding your happiness as well."

"Boundaries not only protect you from evil,but protect the good things you are trying to build."
