all in one printer,電腦也是Compaq的，安裝時出現的是“there was a problem installing this hardware.an error occurred during the installting of the device. the system can't find the file specified."我重裝幾次都是同樣的問題.後來又試了另外一台HP的photo printer,也是安裝不上，同樣的問題。我想應該是筆記本的問題吧。之前我安裝在window me的desktop上沒有問題。請大家幫幫我們吧。謝謝了。如果樓主解決了問題，麻煩你告訴我一聲。
