who can hlep? 10MB space left in C drive

These are what I did.

1. run spyware - find varius - deleted
2. compressed C drive
3. When computer runing Spyware fostware, I saw there is folder:
C\Documnet and Settings\kk\complete\*.zip.
When I opened this folder kk. I cannot this folder. This folder is about 3 GB.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong my computer? Thanks a lot.
