請教無線上網問題

家有3部電腦，其中兩台laptop都是用無線上網，desktop則用cable.我們用的是time warner cable
和 linksys的 router，一向信號都很好。最近這兩個星期卻connect不了，每次我要enable wireless connection, connected 出現2秒鍾後就變成“acquiring network address", 然後就永遠都connect不上。
我打電話去time warner，他們不知道也不管。實在沒有辦法，不知這裏有沒有人能給點idea
哎，急死了，.
