(google it) and put it to a floppydisk, use the fd to boot up the machine, then run this utility, change "mother board name" string to "Hewlett-Packard", and the "system name" to "Hewlett-Packard" (case sensitive). You should be able to use the hp XP installation CD on the new mother board after this.
