I think your VNC is TVNC. This is LAN software.
I have similar configuration with you. There are 3 PCs in my LAN. I am using the remote desktop to access one of the PC. Then access other PCs by TVNC in the LAN. Or you can open your three different ports for each your PC. You can access them by remote desktop.
