Buy PDA Phone

I would like to buy a new cell phone that 3 band or more, work with GSM network.
PDA phone will be nice. My final choice is SONY P990i, Palm 650 and HP 6515.

Which one is better buy? can somebody recommand me a store in southern california, Rowland Heights or Rosemead area. What is the deal.

Just tell me anything about the phone or feed back.
