NTFS Permission & Share Permission settings

windows xp, 2000中，每一台電腦上默認的共享文件夾隻有WorkGroup中的Shared Folder。你看到的可能隻是和你同一個workgroup上的其他電腦的Shared Folder。

隻要你不共享你的Folder/Drive，別人是看不到你的文件的。

共享Folder時（不建議共享Drive)，可以設置NTFS permission及Share Permission (win home edition可能無此功能）。設置方法參考如下：

1) Start>Control Panel>Appearance & Themes>Folder Option,
uncheck "use simple sharing" on VIEW tab.

2) Right click on that folder, press"sharing & security"

3) Check "share this folder" on SHARING tab, and press Permission

4) Give the account permissions
