Give Everyone Full Control in this case

By doing this,
1) Start>Control Panel>Appearance & Themes>Folder Option,
uncheck "use simple sharing" on VIEW tab.

2) Check "share this folder" on SHARING tab, and press Permission

3) Give Everyone Full Ctrl
