I guess that is the admin login page IP, which is for your router. It's kind of hard to tell what is going on without being at the side of your computer, but ususally, the wireless network structure should be like this:

1. A primary destop/laptop with a router connect to it with wire
2. Some other desktops/laptops with wireless cards, which will recieve wireless signal from the router.
3. First you need to make sure that you can ping all of the computers in your network from each other, once you get it, you may go further next...
