一個菜鳥的弱問題，在線等，急，謝謝！！！

I got a problem days ago. When I turn my laptop on, it has the information like:

Smart Failure predicted on Hard Disk 0: Toshiba MK4021GAS-(PM)
1720 –At least one driver attribute has exceeded the manufactor’s threshold, please run Drive Self Test in ROM Setup
Press F1 to continue

When I ran the Drive Self Test, the result is:

Test status: 07 fail

I really can’t figure it out what is the problem and how to fix it.
