請教高手內網使用BT問題

我的問題:
不能連接遠程用戶,速度不到10k/秒

軟件:BitComent 0.59
操作係統:Windows XP
網絡:Rougers 寬帶
Router: D-Link 型號DI-704
地址: Toronto,Scarborough

以前隻有一台電腦,使用BT的時候速度最快300k/秒.
自從多加了一台電腦並且通過Router連接上網後,
BT的速度就一直很慢,不到10/秒,並且不能連接遠程用戶.
請幫幫忙,解決一下.不勝感激!!
