Those software are so-called, bloat-ware, which are junk.

Software is very easy to get anyway, but hardware empties your pocket.
Computer is not as simple as they look on their websites. I believe Dell uses better motherboard on their PC's than Sony's, even though I don't really like Dell. Go for Alienware if you can. Their stuffs are not really over priced.
