Remote Desktop connecttion (RDC) does not work in your case, it only shows one screen. From example, if you RDC from bedroom to sitting room, then you won't be able to see the screen on TV (i.e., you can only see it "remotely" from in your bedroom), you will need to login locally.

Try PcAnywhere.
