請教各位大師，看看我電腦是什麽問題

我用電話上網用的是NETZERO服務，最近我的電腦不知怎麽回事，關掉任何一個網頁都會出現：“Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close . We are sorry for the inconvenienc............"然後就會關掉所有的網頁。
請大師教我如何修理。（我已經format 硬盤，重裝過係統了)
