My two cents

1.disk copy 時，兩塊硬盤是否容量規格必須一致？
No. You are fine as long as size of destination disk is greter than or equal to total size of all files in ghost image from source disk.

2.partition copy時，原分區容量約7G,已用約4G,3G free,新買的硬盤其中的一個區約7.2G，想用此區作目標分區，可行嗎？多出的200M會如何處理？反過來，若目標分區僅6.8G,少2G,可以進行partition copy嗎？Acronis Image可以隨意resize,但ghost9.0尚未發現此功能，不知ghost10.0怎麽樣？
The size requirement for partion copy is same as disk copy. See answer for Q1.

目前正在進行partition copy，原分區是NTFS,　目標分區7.2G是FAT32,我希望它自動轉換格式，可十分鍾過去，現在進度條提示完成0%,剩餘50分鍾。用的是p4 3.4g呀？怎麽這麽慢，哪裏不對吧？
