1.)get sheetname:

=MID(CELL("filename"),FIND("]",CELL("filename"))+1,255)


2) get filename, please copy this:

=MID(CELL("filename"),FIND("[",CELL("filename"))+1,(FIND("]",CELL("filename"))+1)-FIND("[",CELL("filename"))-2)


3) get the path, copy & paste
=cell("filename")
