That is the problem of Emachine whose parts (motherboad, cases, sometimes, both the video card and sound card are incorporated into the motherboard) are not standard parts. You can try a new case (with a functional switch), but it is possible that the power switch connector, reset button connector, speaker connector etc of the motherboard are customized, in this case, the new case can not help me either. Maybe it is better to ask the manufacturer to fix the problem for you, or try local PC shop to see whether the PC technician can help you fix the broken button
